Entertainment Industry; Revising the sources of moneys to be credited to the State Economic Enhancement and Development Trust Fund to include repayments to the entertainment industry quick action fund created by the act; creating the Entertainment Industry Quick Action Account within the State Economic Enhancement and Development Trust Fund; renaming the Office of Film and Entertainment within the Department of Economic Opportunity as the Division of Film and Entertainment within Enterprise Florida, Inc.; revising provisions relating to the application process, tax credit eligibility, transfer of tax credits, election and distribution of tax credits, allocation of tax credits, forfeiture of tax credits, and annual report, etc.
