Membership Organizations; Revising legislative intent and policy; requiring all personnel of membership organizations to meet specified background screening; adding certain membership organizations that are excluded from the definition of the term “child care facility”; providing that certain membership organizations are exempt from specified provisions; requiring the study group to make recommendations and submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature by a certain date, etc.
