Regulatory Minimum Prices; Defining the term “regulatory minimum price”; providing that the establishment of regulatory minimum prices for lawful goods or services, or the creation of service classifications that would apply differently to certain individuals and businesses, is an unfair or deceptive regulatory act under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act; requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to identify instances of regulatory minimum prices and notify the agency or entity that is noncompliant, etc.
