GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Commerce and Tourism ; Richter
Regulated Service Providers; Revising the composition of the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers; requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to waive the initial registration fee for an intrastate mover for certain veterans, the spouses of such veterans, or certain business entities that have a majority ownership held by such veterans or spouses; exempting water-related amusement rides operated by lodging and food service establishments and membership campgrounds, amusement rides at private, membership-only facilities, and nonprofit permanent facilities from certain safety standards; authorizing certain tax collector offices, upon approval and confirmation of license issuance by the department, to print and deliver concealed weapon or firearm licenses, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,305,097
