Proceedings Relating to Children; Specifies additional inquiries to be made at shelter hearings; requires that specified inquiries relating to unknown identity or location of parent in connection with petition for dependency or shelter or in connection with termination of parental rights be conducted under oath; specifies additional information to be inquired about; requires search of Florida Putative Father Registry; provides for scientific testing to determine maternity or paternity; provides that if diligent search fails to identify & locate prospective parent, court may proceed without further notice; provides that that, where there has been dependency trial as to one parent, DCF's demonstration of risk of harm to child by second parent allows court to make supplemental findings & order case plan as to second parent; revises requirements for adjudicatory hearings.
