Energy Policy; Prohibiting a county from regulating local renewable energy devices in a manner more stringent than required under the Florida Building Code; prohibiting under certain circumstances the enactment or enforcement of certain state laws, rules, or executive orders enacted pursuant to federal regulations that mandate state action, etc.
