Campaign Financing; Revising the threshold amount for expenditures for which an electioneering communications organization must file a statement of organization; requiring a corporate or business entity that makes expenditures exceeding a certain amount for political activities to file a statement of information within a certain timeframe; expanding reporting requirements for candidates, political committees, and electioneering communications organizations; restricting the amount of funds that a political committee may transfer or contribute to a political party or an affiliated party committee, etc.
