Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program; Revising the prekindergarten program options available to certain parents to include a specified in-home, technology-based program; authorizing each early learning coalition to administer an in-home, technology-based academic prekindergarten program as part of the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program; requiring the Office of Early Learning to adopt certain procedures and criteria regarding a nonprofit provider’s kindergarten readiness rate; requiring the office to adopt certain procedures for the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program for a nonprofit provider, etc.
