GENERAL BILL by Hukill ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Young
Trusts; Deleting a requirement that a trust and its terms be for the benefit of the trust’s beneficiaries; revising provisions relating to notice or sending of trust documents to include posting on a secure electronic account or website; authorizing an authorized trustee to appoint all or part of the principal of a trust to a second trust under certain circumstances; clarifying that certain knowledge by a beneficiary does not cause a claim to accrue for breach of trust or commence the running of a period of limitations or laches, etc.
