Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems; Directing the Department of Health to identify certain information for onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems, update the current database of such systems, and submit a report to the Governor and Legislature by a specified date; requiring owners of onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems to have such systems periodically inspected; requiring an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system disclosure summary for certain properties before or at the execution of a contract for sale, etc.
