Termination of Pregnancy; Citing this act as the "Florida Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act"; prohibiting the attempted or actual performance or induction of an abortion in certain circumstances; providing a parameter to be used in determining the applicability of the prohibition; requiring a physician to use an abortion method that provides the best opportunity for the unborn child to survive the abortion in specified circumstances, etc.
