Criminal History Records; Revising the requirements of petitioning for expunction of a criminal history record to include a sworn statement that the petitioner seeks the expunction of one or more criminal history records for which no charging document was filed or issued, for which all related charges were dismissed before trial, for which if a charging document was filed or issued in a case, it was dismissed or nolle prosequi by the prosecutor or was dismissed by a court, or for which a judgment of acquittal or a verdict of not guilty was rendered, etc.
