Oil Drilling; Defining the term “fracking”; requiring specified amounts for bonds for certain operations in the Everglades Protection Area; prohibiting fracking in this state; requiring an applicant for certain explorations for and extraction of minerals to post a specified surety bond for projects in the Everglades Protection Area; prohibiting the refining of oil within the Everglades Protection Area; prohibiting the use of flowback fluid for crop irrigation in this state, etc.
