Specialty License Plates/Highwaymen; Directing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a Highwaymen license plate; providing for distribution and use of fees collected from the sale of the plates, etc.
Effective Date: October 1, 2020, but only if SB 1456 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
