Special Election; Provides for special election to be held pursuant to State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of amendments to State Constitution increasing from 2 years to 3 years period of time during which accrued Save-Our-Homes benefits may be transferred from prior homestead to new homestead; provides for publication of notice.
