CS/SB 4-A: Gaming Enforcement
GENERAL BILL

Appropriations ;
Hutson
Gaming Enforcement; Expanding the authority of the Office of Statewide Prosecution within the Department of Legal Affairs to investigate and prosecute certain crimes; creating the Florida Gaming Control Commission within the Office of the Attorney General; creating the Division of Gaming Enforcement within the commission; specifying that certain persons are ineligible for appointment to or employment with the commission; providing standards of conduct for commissioners and employees of the commission, etc.
APPROPRIATION:
$2,100,000
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect May 25, 2021, this act shall take effect on the same date that SB 2A or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
