Broadband; Establishing the Broadband Deployment Task Force within the Department of Economic Opportunity for a specified purpose; requiring the task force to submit annual reports to the Governor and the Legislature by a specified date; providing that certain information provided to the department from broadband service providers retains its confidentiality and exemption from public disclosure requirements; revising grant application written challenge requirements; establishing positions with the Office of Broadband for a specified purpose, etc.
