Childhood Mental Health, Safety, and Welfare; Revising the array of services offered by the child and adolescent mental health system of care; requiring specified mental health care professionals to complete a course on technology addiction and pornography addiction by a specified date; requiring that a warning label be affixed to the packaging of certain digital devices; requiring a commercial entity to verify the age of individuals attempting to access certain material online; limiting the proportion of instructional time that may be delivered in an electronic or digital format, etc.
