Economic Programs; Providing for a type two transfer of the duties and functions of Enterprise Florida, Inc., to the Department of Commerce; requiring the department and Enterprise Florida, Inc., to coordinate the development and implementation of a transition plan; renaming the Department of Economic Opportunity as the Department of Commerce; designating the head of the department as the Secretary of Commerce; requiring the secretary to serve as the Governor’s chief negotiator for certain purposes, etc. APPROPRIATION: $12,000,000
