Space Florida; Requires Secretary of Economic Opportunity to serve as manager for state with respect to contracts with Space Florida; revises powers, duties, & membership of board of directors of Space Florida; prohibits Space Florida from endorsing candidate or contributing moneys to campaign; prohibits Space Florida from expending funds on certain expenses; requires Space Florida to consult with agencies & jurisdictions.
