GENERAL BILL by Rules ; Military and Veterans Affairs, Space, and Domestic Security

Space Florida; Requiring the Secretary of Economic Opportunity to serve as the manager for the state with respect to contracts with Space Florida; requiring the Office of Economic and Demographic Research and the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability to provide to the Governor and the Legislature an analysis of Space Florida; requiring the Department of Economic Opportunity to annually submit a proposed operating budget by a specified date; revising membership of the board of directors of Space Florida; providing that open meeting and public records laws apply to Space Florida and its board of directors, etc.
