Unlawful Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages; Prohibits unlawful sale of alcoholic beverages at commercial establishment or keeping or maintaining of place where alcoholic beverages are sold; specifies conditions under which sites that have violated prohibition on unlawful sale of alcoholic beverages may be declared public nuisance.
