Indian River Lagoon Protection Program; Revising the percentages of funds to be distributed from the Land Acquisition Trust Fund to various trust funds; requiring that a specified amount of funds be used for the Indian River Lagoon Protection Program; requiring the Department of Environmental Protection, using data provided by identified entities, to identify commercial or residential properties that use onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems located within the Indian River Lagoon Protection Program, etc.
