Trust Funds/Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Renovation, Relocation, and Construction Trust Fund/State University System; Creating the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Renovation, Relocation, and Construction Trust Fund within the State University System; authorizing the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund to sell, trade, exchange, or otherwise dispose of certain real property and improvements; authorizing the University of Florida Board of Trustees to use the trust fund to upgrade, renovate, repair, relocate, or construct agricultural research and education facilities; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the fund, etc.
