SB 2508: Seized Property

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations

Seized Property; Providing that any seized machine, apparatus, or device and the money or other things of value therein be deposited into the Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund if the Florida Gaming Control Commission is the seizing agency; requiring that the proceeds from a sale or other disposition of property seized by the commission be deposited into the trust fund, etc.
