Guardianship; Citing this act as “Karilyn’s Law”; requiring that public guardians be appointed on a rotating basis; requiring the court to establish visitation rights of a minor’s family; requiring the court to establish visitation rights of an alleged incapacitated person’s family; revising requirements for a petition for the appointment of a guardian, etc.
