My Safe Florida Home Program; Specifying eligibility requirements for hurricane mitigation inspections under the program; authorizing applicants who meet specified requirements to receive a home inspection under the program without being eligible for, or applying for, a grant; specifying eligibility requirements for hurricane mitigation grants; revising improvements that grants for eligible homes may be used for, etc. APPROPRIATION: $200,000,000
