Underground Facilities; Revising the timeframe within which an excavator is required to provide certain information through the free-access notification system established by Sunshine State One-Call of Florida, Inc., before beginning certain excavation or demolition activities; revising the timeframes during which member operators who receive such notifications are required to mark the horizontal route of an underground facility and provide a positive response to the system; providing a noncriminal infraction subject to enhanced civil penalties for a specified violation, etc.
