Platting; Requires that preliminary plat or replat submittals be reviewed & approved administratively by designee or designees of appropriate local governing body; requires such designee or designees to review such plat or replat submittal for compliance within specified timeframe; requires that written comments be provided to applicant if plat or replat submittal fails to meet specified requirements; requires that plat or replat submittal be approved, approved with conditions, or denied within specified timeframe; prohibits certain entities from requesting or requiring applicant to file written extension of time; requires appropriate governing body to issue, within specified time after recordation of plat, certain information.
