Securities; Revises circumstances under which securities transactions are exempt from registration requirements; revises filing requirements for securities issuers under Florida Invest Local Exemption law; revises circumstances under which securities offers & sales are not subject to integration with other offerings; revises list of persons who must submit fingerprints for live-scan processing for registration applications; provides fees for fingerprint processing; revises written assurances requirements that merger & acquisition brokers must receive from certain control persons; revises circumstances under which person is eligible for payment from Securities Guaranty Fund; revises requirements for applications for payment from fund; specifies prohibition against certain misrepresentations in issuing & selling securities; increases maximum number of days that dealers & investment advisers may extend delay on certain disbursements & transactions of funds & securities for protection of specified adults.
