Alternative Plans Reviews and Inspections; Revises definition of "single-trade inspection" & defines term "single-trade plans review"; authorizes specified notices to specify how scheduled inspection will be conducted; authorizes private provider to use specified review systems for single-trade plans reviews; authorizes private provider to specify which review system he or she used; requires certain actions by local building official within specified timeframe for certain permits; authorizes single-trade inspections to be performed in person or virtually.
