Home Health Aide for Medically Fragile Children Program; Specifying that services provided by a home health aide for a medically fragile child may not exceed a specified percentage of the total annual hours authorized for private duty nursing services for that child; revising requirements for the Medicaid fee schedule for home health aides for medically fragile children; requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration, within a specified timeframe, to seek federal approval to implement specified practices under the program, etc.
