Reporting of Student Mental Health Outcomes; Requiring the Department of Children and Families to annually submit a specified evaluation to the Governor and Legislature by a specified date; removing a provision authorizing a mental health professional to be available to the school district through specified agreements; requiring each district school board’s mental health coordinator to serve as the Department of Children and Families’ primary point of contact and coordinate with the department to prepare certain evaluations, etc.
