School Safety; Requiring a sheriff to establish a school guardian program if a school board contracts for the use of security guards; requiring the Office of Safe Schools to create and maintain a list of exceptions to school safety requirements under certain circumstances; revising school safety requirements that must be followed by a school district or charter school governing board; requiring that a person who serves as a school security guard be approved by the sheriff, etc.
