Background Screening of Athletic Coaches; Revising the definition of the term “athletic coach”; revising the effective date upon which an independent sanctioning authority is required to conduct certain background screenings of athletic coaches; providing that an independent sanctioning authority is considered a qualified entity for the purpose of participating in the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, etc.
