Toxic Chemicals in Cosmetic Products; Prohibiting, beginning on a specified date, the manufacture, sale, offer or distribution for sale, or distribution for use of cosmetics that contain specified added chemical ingredients; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), in consultation with the Department of Health, to make certain determinations and make the information publicly available on its website by a specified date, etc.
