Derelict Vessels; Revising conditions by which an officer of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission or of a law enforcement agency may determine a vessel is at risk of becoming derelict; revising the list of vessels upon which a law enforcement officer must place a certain notice; revising the definition of the term “derelict vessel”, etc.
