Local Government Code Enforcement; Authorizes county or municipality to designate special magistrate; authorizes local governmental entity to assess administrative fees through adoption of alternate code enforcement system; revises circumstances in which enforcement board must declare enforcement board member's office vacant; revises code violation notice, correction period, & hearing process; revises method by which certain notices must be provided to alleged code violator; requires governmental entity that permits its code inspectors to wear body cameras to establish certain policies & procedures; requires such governmental entity to ensure that certain training occurs, retain certain data in accordance with public records laws, & perform periodic review of actual body camera practices; increases criminal penalties for certain crimes committed against code inspector in certain circumstances.
