GENERAL BILL by Leek ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz

Campaign Communications; Prohibiting campaign-related telephone calls and text messages to specified voters; requiring candidates and other persons or organizations to cease immediately all communications with certain voters; specifying how a voter indicates that he or she no longer consents to such communications; authorizing a voter to bring a certain action in a court of competent jurisdiction, etc.
