Notary Public Fraud; Prohibits literal translation of phrase "Notary Public" into language other than English; prohibits notaries public from using specified terms to describe themselves; authorizes declaratory or injunctive relief & civil actions for injunctive relief or to recover damages; provides for recovery of attorney fees & costs; prohibits certain persons from engaging in practice of law in immigration matters for compensation or specified acts or practices for compensation in immigration matters; requires certain persons or businesses offering immigration assistance to make specified disclosure.
