Court-appointed Social Investigators; Requiring a court-appointed social investigator to submit a written report to the judge; requiring that a specified investigation be undertaken before a specified claim may be made against a court-appointed psychologist preparing a parenting plan; requiring the Department of Children and Families to develop and publish criteria for use by court-appointed social investigators, etc.
