Criminal Offenses; Providing criminal penalties for persons who commit any act that causes, tends to cause, encourages, or contributes to a child committing offenses of specified severities; providing criminal penalties for persons who induce or endeavor to induce, by act, threat, command, or persuasion, a child to commit offenses of specified severities; creating the offense of causing or enticing a minor to commit, or in the presence of a minor committing, animal cruelty, etc.
