442.005  Division to make study of occupational diseases, etc.--The division shall make a continuous study of occupational diseases and the ways and means for their control and prevention and shall make and enforce necessary regulations for such control. For this purpose, the division is authorized to cooperate with employers, employees, and carriers and with the ¹Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.
