Powers of department, commission, and office; rules.
634.021 Powers of department, commission, and office; rules.--The office shall administer this act and the commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this act related to motor vehicle agreement companies and motor vehicle service agreements. The department shall administer this act and may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement provisions of this act related to sales representatives.
