Corporate Income Tax/Historic Bldgs.; authorizes credit against such tax equal to percentage of costs of rehabilitation of historic building used for commercial purposes; requires certification that property was used for commercial purpose; provides for carryover of credit; provides eligibility requirements for historic buildings & improvements thereto; requires resolution by local government; provides order of credits against tax, etc. Creates 220.185; amends 220.02.
