GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Burt
Law Enforcement; requires FDLE to develop & maintain, in consultation with Criminal & Juvenile Justice Information Systems Council, an information system in administrative support of state criminal & juvenile justice system; provides that department shall serve as custodial manager of statewide telecommunications & data network; provides for maintenance by DOC of offender-based information system; deletes obsolete provisions, etc. Amends FS.
