CS/SB 1408: Public Records/Workers' Comp. Law

GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Clary

Public Records/Workers' Comp. Law; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information obtained in administering Workers' Compensation Law; provides for applicability of confidentiality provisions; authorizes furnishing of information under certain conditions; provides exemption from public records requirements for information in report of injury or illness filed pursuant to WC's Law, etc. Creates 440.108; amends 440.185.

Effective Date: 06/17/1998 except as otherwise provided
