GENERAL BILL by Family Law & Children ; Sanderson

Adoption; prohibits delay of adoption because sibling is not also placed in same home; provides for adoptive placement by licensed child-placing agency or intermediary; includes reference to intermediary re termination of parental rights; provides that licensed child-placing agencies & intermediaries have exclusive authority for adoptive placement of children committed to Children & Family Services Dept., etc. Amends Ch. 39, 63.072,.092,.097, 409.166,.167.
