GENERAL BILL by Governmental Reform and Oversight ; Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell
Educational Facilities; allows school board to sell & lease back educational plant for purposes of repair, remodeling, & site improvement; authorizes boards to rent or lease certain buildings or space within buildings for conversion to use as educational facilities; provides for funding; requires school board adoption of resolution certifying that specified conditions have been met; amends provision re exemption from excise tax on documents, etc. Amends FS.
