Teaching Hospitals; provides legislative findings & intent re protection through sovereign immunity of teaching hospitals; provides for "governmental contractor," defined as Health Dept. or AHCA, to contract for delivery by teaching hospital of charity health services & medical education services; requires inclusion of specified provisions & guidelines in such contract, etc. Creates 766.1116.
